membership is now full for the 2022-2023 season.
Please note that we are currently not allowing any guests for any play nights. This is due to the limited amount of space. Please do not email asking about guest spots. All guests registered in Team app will be notified once guest spots are available.
Each year we open up our membership if there is space, for new members to try out, usually collecting names of those interested in late August/early September. The process is explained below:

Looking for a club to join?
As we are trying to maintain a certain level of play, potential members will be evaluated by existing club members to determine if they're the right fit.
Please use the IBL rating chart to assess your skill level. Players in our club are level 2.0 and above.
If you're interested in newly joining LBC for the next season or attending as a guest, please do the following:
- Fill in the Player Registration form.
- Go to https://www.teamapp.com/signup and sign up for an account
- Go to https://leasidebadmintonclub.teamapp.com/user_memberships/edit and request access to the club as a Guest
- Wait for admin approval
- Once approval has been granted, you can choose any available play nights and register
- Attend LBC on the chosen night. Other members will be assessing your level of play and general fit with the club.
- If there is a fit, you will be notified and you'll be able to continue to come to LBC as a guest by signing up via the Events in teamapp.
- You'll also be eligible to sign up as a member the following year.
We do ask that you only book nights where you fully intend to come.
Membership*
- Membership is open to 18 yrs or older
- We play Tuesdays (6:30-9:30 pm) & Thursdays (6:00-9:30 pm) Sept 12-June 6.

- 2022-23 Annual membership fee is $250 (Please note that a portion of the membership fee is allocated to LBC social events)
