We recently asked the TDSB about the lighting in the gym and cleanliness of the floors. Below is the response we received. We are working with TDSB to find a mutually agreed upon solution. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact one of the LBC Execs either via email or on a play night. Please do so respectfully. LBC Execs are volunteers, do not get paid and are using their personal time to support the club.
TDSB’s Response:
The gym will be swept before use. Unfortunately this was caused by our power problem that burnt them out and we may not be able to address the lights until over winter break. It is a big job that requires scaffolding set up for a couple of days which would result in shutting down the gym again. Please advise if you would like to cancel the use of the gym if the facilities are not feasible for your use.
